 | I've been staying at the De Bullion studio apartment for a little over four months now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The facilities are extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern. I especially appreciate the accessible laundry facility and safe basement storage for my bike in the winter time! Basile is a wonderful landlord who is extremely accommodating and easy to reach. | The whole time that I stayed at this place I felt like in a hotel. It is extremely comfortable with everything you need inside: white towels, sheets, a phone inside the room which helped me a lot during my stay, high speed internet meaning very high speed internet and thats not even all. Huge grocery store " Provigo" with the one of the cheapest food is just 12 min by walk. For an average student like me first it seemed too expensive but I ended up staying three month instead of one. Neighbours are very nice and quite, doesn't matter day or night it is always quite. Also, I want to write a special Thanks to Basile. He was very caring during the whole time of my stay, willing to help with anything I need... all this combined made my stay so pleasant, Basile thank you again! Posted By: Asel |

| I stayed on de Bullion when I was in between apartments and it was extremely convenient and felt like a mini holiday from moving. Basille, the building manager was always available and the apartments are extremely comfortable, especially during a Montreal heatwave. The building also has great storage where you can access your things as needed an it's extremely clean and not dark and creepy like most other storage units. Highly recommended! Posted By: BRIGITTE |
 | We stayed at the 4270 Debullion property and it was devine. We could not have been more comfortable and Basile, the landlord, could not have been more hospitable. | As an expatriate Montréaler, I was glad to find this place and be able to call it home when I return to my city. I stayed at Le Zen for 4 months in 2012 and liked it so much that I'm staying again for 4 months in 2013. Basile is super nice, took care of everything, and made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Reasonably priced, clean, fully furnished apartments in an unbeatable location in the heart of the Plateau make this place a real treasure. Posted By: Jennifer |
| I feel so lucky to have found this place to live in Montreal, and I took it sight unseen after just a phone call to the most welcoming Property Manager, Basile. He assured me that it was exactly as advertised. I was only supposed to stay for 3 months and ended up there for 6. Basile was attentive and warm and a great communicator.
